Delivery & Returns.
  • The delivery charge is automatically calculated before you confirm payment.if you are outside of the U.K please check for postal rates.
  • We use DHNL Courier Service.
  • All orders will be delivered within 2-5 days.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • There is an extra charge for Saturday deliveries - please contact for a quote. 
  • our packaging is all recycled paper/card and shredded packing.
  • To receive your package we require a signature or a safe place to leave item in the event of no one to sign for .
  • Please  leave your telephone number in the event of delivery complications with the courier.
  • Please check your package as soon as it arrives for missing items or breakages, if in the event you would like to return, please send within 14 days of purchase by recorded delivery to the above address and we will credit accordingly.

  • All breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours so we can get replacements out to you as soon as we can, a image may be requested to send to our couriers for reference.
